Service Rate

Remote Consulting $150 per hour
On-Site Consulting $200 per hour
Consulting engagements may include menu engineering, food cost systems, workflow design, labor modeling, vendor strategy, and operational refinement.

Payment Terms

Weekly services billed in advance. Private dining and reception events require a 50% deposit. Consulting retainers billed monthly in advance. Project-based consulting requires 50% upfront. A 72-hour cancellation
policy applies.
